Ironically, when those team members returned, they were promoted—while I was overlooked.
Certain SVP-level managers consistently undermine their own team’s work, while other managers fail to manage product scope, neglect key responsibilities, and even actively shift blame onto their team members.
Nearly everyone I knew who genuinely cared about product quality and user well-being was impacted by layoffs or unfair dismissals. At this point, I have nothing more to say about this company—though the stock price speaks for itself, doesn’t it?
