Good work ambience, good salary, prestige, personal improvement, proximity to my new home, close to my personal interests, possibility of being hired and move up the career ladder.
Cons
Very outdated systems, little chance of academic, obsolescence risk and unable to find work once they decide to fire me. Constant mobbing by the people who depend on your job.
