Amazing manager. Great team. Varied role, Lots to learn.

Business Directors are still back in the 1800s and view employers as a cog in the wheel that earns them money. Not as a human being. No respect or care for staff. Constant changing of procedures, rules and policies with no regard to the impact on employees. Unrealistic workload placed on employees and constantly increasing with no reflection in pay. No perks or benefits offered. Threatened disciplinary action if you dare talk about your pay with other staff. Directors have created an us against them mentality. They tell you if you do not like it, there is the door. General staff morale very low. High sickness and staff turnover. Not all directors but a few seem to be creating this. Some will not even say hello when they come to work. As if they have a god complex and we are too lowly to speak to. But not all. Some Directors are lovely. The manager Sally is amazing and tries her hardest to make it work for everyone and look after us. It is a challenging environment to work in.
