Pros
Very little management, zero micro managing, great opportunity, owner cares about his employees and treats everyone equally. extremely entrepreneurial place to work. dress code is VERY relaxed. The harder you work the more you can make.
Cons
Not many cons. It's a solid company to work for. Company is not very open to change. Sales reps get assigned other jobs besides sales so it impacts their abilities to sell more and grow the company. Location is sketchy, not many places to go to lunch close by. Salaried employees have to hit a time clock.
