      They let go of people too often, after they use them during their busy season. Assure them ot their value and position but let you go any way.

      Pros

      I worked for years at Teleflora in IT. Great company, great management and they try to take care of their employees especially around the holidays.

      Cons

      They started outsourcing their IT to India to cut costs and the dynamics in IT changed dramatically.
