Heavy workload - Manager Telenav Employee Review

this is a very good company with open culture. The colleagues are so professional and nice.

actually I don't have any cons what to say

Work life balance is good, nice people to work with.

Management keeps pushing STARS Culture (Simple, Trust, Accountable, Respect, and Speed Up) but the upper management are the worst STARS Culture offenders. Management should look up the definitions of "Accountability" & "Respect". The people that actually do the work to keep this company going get no "Respect", Unless you are friends with E-Staff your merit increases are piddly, not even enough to raise a family in the Bay Area!!
