Pros
The central location having all buildings together in Roseville so the teams can support one another.
Cons
Little to no support for the infrastructure by the management team to drive facilities, IT, program managers, engineering, etc. Positions are vacated without confidence to recoup backfills or worse encouraging internal growth when JR management team and boys club continue to promote only those they favor thus hitting morale when folks are being encouraged to apply for positions that are already being pegged for the “boys” to begin with. Better yet dumping vacated roles and responsibilities on to already struggling positions adding stress to employees already struggling to sustain more with less. But if those being tasked to take on more refuse or create a rift they are black listed. The daily struggle to organize and facilitate productivity is being communicated but falls on deaf ears. Funding for raises, tools, rewards, recognition and company events has become less and less however now JR management is communicating business travel for “boys” to go on international travel for the company which is not sitting well with the everyday employees who are upset we can fund travel but not take care of the employees. JR management leads the charge for pushing employees off onto the plank jumping ship. We keep losing good people. Coming to work everyday gets harder and harder. Keep promoting JR management which is the common denominator, time to make Teleplan great again by removing the problem.
