      Pros

      They offer good opportunities to grow and to develop skills in different fields. The management is collaborative, available for sharing and respectful.

      Cons

      The company is small and in time of economical crisis they could have difficulties to find contracts. They cannot offer long term contracts, therefore the risk is to be retrenched.
