Cons
Where to start. Well first off Teletrac Navman is under the Fortive umbrella which originated from Danaher so their main goal always is to run their companies lean. This puts a major strain on many of the departments within operations. The associates are overworked and a majority are not happy but are too comfortable to look elsewhere. The company says their main priorities are quality and customer service but that is a load of crap. The lack of resources they expect to effectively manage their customers expectations is not realistic. I worked there for a decade and the product never seemed to live up to what it's sold to be. Repeated Bug fixes and firmware updates and issues still persisted with the software and hardware.
