Pros
Non management employees want to help its customer base but are held back by management.
Cons
So many to list.... Senior management only cares about sales not retaining customer base. Worse customer service management team - they avoid customer complaints and only care to show high numbers of calls. CS management run a boiler room atomsphere and employee morale is so low. Company is quick to send customer to Collections even with valid complaints about product and service. Many outages and interuptions due to lack of system upgrades and qualified IT staffing. Poor product...release product and Fleet Director versions with system bugs.
