The bosses are nice and approachable

Salary is not much competitive

Wfh accounts, onsite options, easy to contact management

Low Salary offer. Was shookt that there's still a BPO that offers 10K base pay like as if its circa 2006. They say they offer competetive pay and bonuses, sadly, they really dont. So apply with risk. Also, its 2025, I hope the management (HR and other non ops dept) have stopped the gossip culture. They got to be strict in handling your secrets. Secrets, reports, issues, even their ceo's struggle are being broadcasted silently. So everyone in the office knows whats happening to who.
