Pros
My colleagues are some of the nicest people I've met in my career, I really appreciate their advice and I enjoy collaborating with them. Besides that, we are selling a good product, and I generally feel valued as an employee.
Cons
Coming from a startup background, this is one of the most disorganized companies I've worked at. Which says a lot. Management has no idea what they are doing. Targets keep increasing but no clear strategy is proposed to reach said targets. Morale is low among ICs, and there seems to be no attempt to improve it. There are also little growth opportunities.
