      Remote work Team building. Food. Life / work balance.

      Cons

      Office Atmosphere. Plumbing. Management training. Disconnect on training/roles - "no team" Industry Giants. Not Salary Based (you get hrs for every 1 month). Pay/Salary/Bonuses - reason I left. Favouritism (Coworker wasn't allowed to eat Porridge BUT another long time coworker was allowed to baked oatmeal muffins almost everyday without disciplining.)
