The job itself is very old-school and boring, The product is not that interesting and cold-calling dead-end companies does not make it more interesting. No hybrid model, strict work from office only. The old-school type of sales and rules, enforced by micromanaging managers are not the biggest issue for me however. If you would like to make a career here, be ready to suck-up as this company operates in a very and I mean very nepotistic fashion. Friends of friends, family members etc. All of that whilst screaming company values BS everywhere in the office. Career aspirations in this company are biased, unfair and sometimes borderline obvious to the point of feeling being hit by a wet rag in the face.
