you may end up in a nice team, most colleagues in sales are nice

Cons

a lot of regions are exhausted. the company sales culture is glorified account manager, just wait longer until someone leaves and you will get your accounts transferred. you need to enter new region with good purchasing power.

The sales people are amazing

Cons

Its a literal dictatorship. These managers and executives are eastern european and its their way or the highway. They are rude, micromanaging, verbally abusive. Its a terrible company
