The most disrespectful and un-professional comments were made on multiple occasions by some of the most senior members of staff, who couldn't answer basic questions about how the business and our products are presented to clients and had no appreciation for my departments work. Gave unreasonable and un-constructive feedback that felt like someone was just taking out their bad mood on you as an employee. Huge red flags everywhere. Constantly being asked to just copy word for word other companies.
