Pros

They let you wear comfy clothes, they are LGBT friendly.

Cons

They really went downhill over covid. They were amazing at their office in Buckhead in 2020 and 2019. During covid some people that slacked off at home were let go, which was understandable. But coming back into the office they decided to save money by hiring a bunch of part time people being paid way less. They hired managers from outside of the company with no experience and didn’t train them. They told the team leads that they’d “have the chance” to make more money and moved them to salary, and then overloaded them with so much work that they were pulling 55-60 hour weeks and crying on shifts. People have now quit putting in notice and started walking off mid shift. They skipped paid promotions during covid because they “couldn’t afford it” and then said it was the busiest year ever.
