Pros
Pay is competitive, teams are collaborative and remote work is available. Team members keep in touch outside of work, so there is decent culture/comradery amongst associates and managers. Account work is challenging but interesting. You can experience a range of work daily, so most of the time, it isn't dull.
Cons
This is an agency, so it's no surprise that the type of work and projects can be demanding; however, work-life balance is not prioritized. Client work comes first, even if you are working until 10 pm. Their values don't align with how they treat employees, especially if you have other things going on in your personal life. Senior management needs work. For starters, there's no rhyme or reason for promotions. Leadership takes everything personally and makes things very uncomfortable. Feedback from managers is hit or miss or just not constructive at all. They'll promise a promotion and execute on several months later. There's also average turnover (again, agency life), but they'll try to save face by promoting team members to keep them.
