Paid during training and accommodation is covered during this time Paid while not on a client site company is expanding with more They have many clients Ability to self develop while on the bench Company supports for people to complete ISTQB and PSM exams Gives pension match up to 5%, perk box and medicash perks. Plenty of friendly people to work with and supportive and understanding

Cons

Can be located anywhere around the country depending on client As clients come and go time on the bench is not easy to predict but this is just how consultancy works
