Pros
Salary slightly above average All benefits in accordance with the law and in several aspects higher than required. In IT (in other areas this is not the case and in fact it is quite the opposite) good working environment with colleagues, very diverse. Opportunities for horizontal movement in the company.
Cons
Very demanding of after-hours dedication. Poor time management especially in IT. Everything is always urgent and falls on the shoulders of the workers. Little recognition of work. Few vertical growth options and very little diversity.
