If you want to make a lot of money, there's more than enough overtime available and the bonuses are good. The benefits are fair and safety is a priority
Cons
Very little work-life balance They will tell you, not ask you, that you're staying over day of. Attendance policies are strict to the point of actively hurting employees with kids or frequent emergencies Can't request weekends off but they wont tell you if you're working that weekend until the Thursday before
