Pros
Good pay and benefits. However no bonuses under director level.
Cons
Company is not flexible. Forced employees to return to office after 2 years home with no notice. If you need to stay home for any reason they simply will not let you. I had a surgery scheduled and they would not let me stay home. I was told to move my surgery or quit. Upper management does not care about employees. Will let you go at any given moment. Ever since Tenneco was bought out it has gone down hill.
