PAY CLOSE ATTENTION!!! This company does not care about their skilled labor. They are a company full of discrimination. They will rape their employees for a profit and are doing it on a regular basis. It is a shop where there is a set of rules for some and another set of rules for others. Employees are denied pay raises, promotion, and job classification based on everything except your skill and ability. If you have a disability it will be held against you. Employees are not allowed to know the pay-scale for their job classification. This is how they keep you making less money than other employees with the same skills and experience. This company has established a nepotism management system to protect their discriminating acts. Management can not be approached with complaints of unequal treatment due to an anger and retaliation management system. THIS IS A COMPANY TO AVOID AT ALL COST
