Pros
Employee discounts, opportunity to work in different areas of the warehouse, no micro management as long as you actually perform your duties, flexible when time off was needed.
Cons
When the business it's slow you barely get hours to work. Management says one thing one day and something completely different the next day. Unsafe work equipment, most of the ladders are broken, are second hand, don't lock or don't move makes work unsafe when all you do is go up and down ladders and need to move them up and down the isles.
