Pros
There are a lot of things that make Tensentric a great place to work. Some of these include great work-life balance with flexibility to work from home or the office, free snacks and beverages in the break room, small company feel and flat management structure, working with a great team of experienced professionals, high diversity of medial products, project types, & customers, and minimized quality system.
Cons
The cons are similar to many small service companies - business can be lean between large projects, contractors are the first to be scaled back, and the owners' personalities significantly impact the culture (this can be both positive and negative).
