Very Relaxed Environment: The work atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, which makes it easy to focus and be productive. No Micro-Management: There's a high level of trust in the team, with no micro-management. We're given the freedom to manage our own tasks, which is great for morale and productivity. Focused on Deadlines: The primary focus is on meeting deadlines, which keeps everyone aligned and goal-oriented. Friendly Environment: The workplace culture is friendly and supportive, making it a pleasant place to work. New Projects and Deep Learning Curves: The variety of new projects offers continuous learning opportunities and helps in professional growth.

Communication Challenges: As with any relaxed environment, sometimes communication can be less frequent, leading to occasional misunderstandings or delays in information flow.

Tensor Labs was a family to me. From day 1, I felt valued and supported which fostered my growth and expanded my skills. My team supervisors guided me through every step and made me learn a lot. Tensor Labs puts a strong emphasis on achieving goals while maintaining a work-life balance so we had fun activities by every week end where we used to get free doughnuts and snacks every Friday. Also, they celebrate employees achievements sponsoring monthly dine outs for them. It was not just a job for me because it left me with valuable experiences, lasting friendships and a deep appreciation for company’s values and mission.

I can’t think of any cons and i know for sure the team will accomplish much more together.
