I have been working since Febaury 2019. Great owners that care about their people. Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work with. Leadership's push for continuous improvement of processes, metrics, bonuses, and new benefits is great.

I don't think about this phase

Some of the kindest and most responsive management in my career. Crystal clear goals, honest feedback, and great understanding of the industry and all the specifics.

Deserves more hype and visibility than it gets.
