Positive work environment, but pay and benefits lacking - Designer Tenzo Employee Review

Great opportunity to get hands-on experience with staple inbound and outbound tools in the tech sector. In my case Hubspot, Google ads and Salesforce were the tools I'd been looking to spend some time with and I got to do just that. Leadership is mindful of my work balance and we have regular check-ins to give and receive feedback as well as make adjustments in the projects we're working on.

As other reviewers have highlighted its a small team and working in the startup world means working in a lean environment. Be ready to switch your hat often and find creative ways to push the team as a whole forward.

If you are looking to start a marketing or sales career, the internship position at Tenzo offers a great opportunity to learn and refine many skills you will use in future jobs. Management and co-workers truly care for each other and want to see you grow as long as you give them 100% effort.

The US team can be small as company rotates between interns. Compensation isn't great, but it is an internship.
