Company is not fully honest with pay. When you ask them questions of how low is our redline, or how our bonus pay scale works, they rather not answer and say that is irrelevant. Turns out when you find out more about this industry, they were withholding information because they know their employees are underpaid since the higher ups keeps bigger percentage. When you try to get a hold of Jared to talk about it, CEO of the company, he disappears. Without mentioning management claimed I breached my contract while they were the first ones to breach it.
