Pros

There are no benefits to be found from working in this job.

Cons

Before I begin, I can see that the company have been leaving false reviews on this site, and others. Do not believe the gushing reviews - they are false. Are we really to believe that the company got several positive reviews in one day? Try all the tricks but nothing can hide the absolute disgrace that is this company. Told it was salaried. Was actually commissioned. An incompetent and egotistical CEO who was skilled in repeating buzzwords. Zero integrity. A nasty company culture that bullied and pitted people against eachother. Long hours. Low pay. No respect. False promises of internship. To the CEO - shame on you.

Pros

Realistically, Tepo Consultancy is a Job for those with no Family, Hobbies or Time to spend with loved ones or time to themselves. If you feel like you need to progress in certain aspects of things, such as your flaws in life, then this is a great job to progress. I learnt a lot of things such as, People Skills, Conversational Skills. You are taught to be Self Employed and to make a living for yourself and yourself only.

Cons

This is a position of being a part of a Pyramid Scheme. You are brainwashed into thinking that you are going to make £1000 per week. You are going to be part of a CULT, you are gong to be pushed aside and left on your own devices to make said, £1000 per week. You are going to be working 70+ hours a week, you are going to be told no every single hour of your working day. You are a self employed Door to Door Salesman, getting disadvantaged members of the public to give you there Bank Details to you to sign up to a £10 Direct Debit to a Charity, entering their house and taught to ask for a cup of coffee or tea. Make sure you have plenty of money to start this job because I have spent more money on travel and food in this post than I have earned in 4 months of employment.
