Pros
Hard working people below management. Exciting technology with more developments to come. Great opportunities for the growth of the product - if they wanted to or could invest more money, they either don't or can't. For my position, an excellent wage.
Cons
As has been said here - management is weak, and not everyone has the passion to get things done (laziness?). Either that or they just can't manage. No one wants to stand up to Parviz, the CEO. Directly demands things the underlings know would be a detriment to the company and no one says anything because people want to keep their jobs. Periodically goes through the building like a whirlwind and flips the place upside down, and causes things to get even more delayed than they already are. Wants to make peoples jobs more laborious and complicated, for little benefit. I watch money get wasted every day. Many are looking for new jobs.
