There's nothing worse than people complaining on a site like this where they don’t have to be accountable for what they say. Stop hiding behind the sites anonymity. If you really want to make things better then voice your opinion.
Just like everywhere else, this company has its problems. I don’t deny that. I’ve (Mike Brown) been here for almost 10 years and the amazing people and constant challenges of the job are what keep me interested in working here.
Some days it’s hard to be here and other days I love it. That’s just how life is.
Cons
We’re not Bell or Rogers. We come in every day and do what we can with what we have to try and make things better.

Seems new management is capable and has a plan to grow the company.
Cons
Company culture of entitlement without accountability. However with new management appears to be changing in the right direction.
