Pros
The pay is slightly higher than similar jobs.
Cons
They have wildly high turnover for a reason. They treat you like trash, and make you lie about the food you're selling ("no preservatives", yeah right, they use premade mixes for most of the cakes, and they claim everything is made in-house but the mini cannoli shells were shipped in from an outside manufacturer and then unboxed and put in bins to SEEM homemade), and violate a bunch of health codes but lie about it. They steal tips. They also will try to "lose" your ServSafe and/or your last paycheck when you leave--that happened to multiple employees, myself included. Not the worst job EVER, but a bad one, stay away unless you're desperate.
