Nice people, flexible working time

Internal control, lunch time is too short

Professional but relaxed culture, generally very nice and friendly colleagues. Stable and secure employment. Some flexibility with work location. Offices were well appointed, I always felt comfortable in the work place. Career progression similar to big enterprise, and generally long tenure results in progression.

Change / development can be slow, around ways of working and especially in tech aspects. There's a tension between the business model and being able to invest in operational changes.
