Pros
The annual bonus is usually half decent, depending how well the company done in profit/sales. Overtime is offered most weekends and pays time and a half/double time.
Cons
Getting told to do one thing, someone else comes, tells you to do different! Upper management only care how much product you pump out, no genuine care for your well being. All in a room doing the same job yet there is -£4000 pay difference for newer staff when newer staff often perform better than those been there many years in terms of producing work. Also find cliques and people who adopt the "been here longer than you so I'm better than you" attitude.
