The leadership is phenomenal. Employees are thoroughly and well trained in their area of work so that jobs can be performed efficiently. Salaries offered are decent for work done, and it is a generally great enviornment to work in,
Cons
pressure from knowing that your decisions affect serious situations with patients and their health. Having to do tons and tons of paperwork, and very rarely there will be slight miscommunications among physicians and other staff on the teams.
