Many people in management do not know much about data since this company’s business relies heavily on data and analytics. They seem to be too busy with their ‘office political fight’ to care about the growth of employees and their products. Not much room for career growth especially for data analytics. If you have a good manager, may be. But watch out for insecure managers who would take credits for your work and stab you in the back. There are also some very arrogant managers who think they know a lot but actually don’t. Most work is not challenging and boring. If you just want to be laid back and prepare for retirement, you might like it here. But it is not a good company for young professionals who want career growth.
