Would appear to be a good opprotunity but once started to work, will realize that the culture is toxic and negative. No room to grow or innovate. You need to keep proving everything with detailed, written emails. Your time will end up with meetings, writing meeting emails and proving the same like a courtroom trial.

Micromanaging at its peak, lack of trust, poor leadership. No motivation to work, but only finding faults without help, no work life balance, no engagement and benefits. For anyone in mid-senior role, the opportunity is red-flag. You will end up doing only junior tasks and not get a chance to stand with your points with leadership team.

Work life Balance is Good

The CEO is like a small kid with Trust issues. You will be kept on Probation for more than a year so that the company does not able to pay you notice period salary. The Salary gets delayed as the CEO doesn't have sufficient money in the bank has taken huge amount of Loans, The management working with him just keeps on Buttering him. The CEO is impatient and will ask you to resign anytime so there is no Job security. The company doesn't have a name in the market and is filled with people who are just working for name sake. The CEO had fired 10 employees last year to get his friend in the company bro work as a COO so that he could pay the salary.
