Not the best environment, toxique

This company could be an option as a first experience for recent graduates, particularly if there are no other options available. from my experience it appears that confirmed and senior professionals generally do not choose to work here or leave quickly after 2 days to 1 week. As a result, the company tends to hire juniors with no experience who are more likely to accept the company's practices without complaint.

This company fosters a toxic environment characterized by unethical practices and pervasive dishonesty. Employees often face micro-management and a distinct lack of trust from leadership. The managers lack knowledge in management and leadership, operating with an outdated and limited mindset. They feel insecure around well-educated employees or anyone who positively impacts their colleagues. These issues create a challenging and demoralizing workplace that can lead to burnout or depression, especially for those new to their careers.
