Feedback isn’t constructive; individuals are often laughed at instead of coached. Career growth seems tied to internal politics rather than performance. BDRs, in particular, receive minimal support or motivation in an already high-pressure sales environment. Leadership style under the current VP has created a demoralising atmosphere.
