Pros
- Amazing freedom to concentrate on areas of interest and the trust to develop your clients and do really interesting work - Great work-life balance. Bi-Annual trips to the Munich HQ. Socialising with colleagues every friday after work. - The staff are amazing, from colleagues to management, HR, recruitment, sales, dev to the founders. Everyone is approachable, and it is the most transparent company I have worked for. - Exposure to some really big, worldwide clients and the opportunity to do some really interesting work.
Cons
There are no major cons to be honest. Even as a growing company and with a start-up environment in the Amsterdam office, the company goes above and beyond to help with resources. Perhaps more versatile career path options but it all depends what your looking for.
