Pros

Provide lunch Provide mac Laptop

Cons

I have worked for many startup’s but this is the worst at many levels let me give you a real brief The Partialism They have a cult of engineers who started their career as a fresher - speak the same language and close to the founders and they literally rule the organisation - even if you go with many years of experience you can’t outrun them in growth they are the VPs in IC1 titles . Everyone knows it and accept it and if you fight you are out The Culture Something that you would not even find it anywhere within office. The day when they fired 25 people on call around 8 or 9pm - few hours before they did an all hands and told you are all safe - sent them home and called them and Fired. None of the managers were even informed founders directly called all of them and fired some in them where on marriage leave, vacation and had birthdays that day - firing is fine the way it was done is totally brutal This was done on one Friday right before weekend and the others stayed have been asked to work all weekend for some delivery Forget personal Life Don’t trust me, ping someone who is working there right now and ask in LinkedIn and if they are true to thier heart they will say about the weekly twice production releases and all weekend works etc. you don’t abide you are considered low in capability and no appraisal or probation extension or fired Tech stack Java and python very minimal but good luck trying to pitch an idea - and trying to change things - do what is told is the mantra and ask no question is the survival instinct you should have there Why am saying all this - Do I have a personal vengeance ? No I just don’t want you to be fired even before give a chance to prove yourself just like me I was there only few months leaving all other better offers and now I am going to regret all my life If you already in interview or have an offer from Them - don’t believe what they say They said we are cultural driven and employee driven and all. And I Saw zero of it in any of their action I am sure there are better companies with better Vision and culture out there. Please reconsider

Pros

One of the best companies I have worked with so far. From the leadership team to the CEO and co-founders, the support, vision, and culture truly stand out. The people here are incredibly talented, approachable, and always willing to help each other grow. If you are someone who genuinely wants to work hard, learn continuously, and grow both personally and professionally, I would absolutely recommend joining this company. The culture is top-notch, and the opportunities to learn are immense. This is a place where your efforts will be recognized if you are willing to give your 100%, stay focused, take ownership, and contribute towards the company’s growth while growing yourself alongside it. But at the same time, this environment is best suited for people who come with the mindset to build, improve, and push themselves every day. If that mindset is missing, it may not be the right fit. Grateful for the experience, the people, and the lessons learned throughout the journey.

Cons

Honestly, nothing significant to mention as a con. Overall, it’s a great company to work for, especially for people who are passionate about learning, taking ownership, and growing in their careers.

Pros

Some peers are friendly and good place to enjoy with friends

Cons

1. Hire and fire strategy 2. Huge attrition, people leave withing 3-4 months from joining. One day you join and open slack to see teammates deactivated. People are ashamed of adding the company testsigma on linkedin. Most people who leave the company never add the Company in linkedin profile (If by mistake or bad time you join the company, you will realise at least 10-15 such people are there from engineering only) 3. There are no managers in the company (Laid off good managers and now sometimes founders will randomly manage teams), who want features to be released in next weekend. 4. Poor and Sub par product. Badly built product. AI Team sucks. Some people take courses online and built the AI product which almost never works. SUGGESTION: Before joining, ask them credentials for a test account on prod and then visit the application . Then make a decision for yourself Also workplace is a dungeon.
