Original invention was world changing. Ability to attract great people. Strength through diversity. Global presence. Residual Swedish culture. Supremely wealthy.
Cons
Blinded by success. Highly dependent on one product that generates all the cash and whose business model is under threat, probably irreversibly. Can be seen as aloof, arrogant and increasingly greedy. Glaciers move faster than Tetra Pak develops new products.
