Promotion only for selected few - who keeps getting promoted. Inclusive is a case by case situation. Sad situation. In my previous team, my training budget goes to my peer without informing me in advance for 2 years. My resource manager asked me to learn on the job 100%. - I lost my trust in the fairness of the HR framework.
