Private company, good benefits, good research and development, good training in general, good tools to work, good technology and marketing
Cons
too horinzontal structure, now you need to be more political to growth, company has lose the culture that allow to reach a high level in the industry and the effect is that the passion to work there is not the same than 5 five years ago.
