      Great people, supportive management, good home/work life balance. Fantastic training, investment in your own skills and development. Opportunities for advancement. Great structure. Great remote support.

      Cons

      Very little. Some may not like the travel and nights away. Although it’s swings and roundabouts and this is well compensated. Poor choice of company car
