Annual raises are 2% to 3% year, keeping pace with inflation. Opportunities exist within the organization to work in other departments, or be promoted. Tuition reimbursement of 100% per year up to $6000 and 50% up to $10000 per year is offered. Good medical benefits and selections available. Very generous maternity leave - 80% or more of pay for 3 months.
Cons
Since Teva's acquisition of Barr in 2008, close to 8% of the positions were eliminated due to consolidation. The work force that remained was expected to produce the same or greater output with the same compensation structure. 401K compensation was reduced from a 10% to 6% match.
