Fair salary and decent benefits package. The 401 k rocks. 100% match to 6% of your salary. Plus an additional 3.75% end of year if you match the max. The 401k is the only reason I am at Teva.
Cons
I have been with the company 6 years. I lived through 3 CEO’s. Jeremy Levin was the best. We were at $70 a share. Then the board made decisions to get rid of him because he was going to do what Kare Schultz is now doing. Israeli leadership did not like it then, so they got rid of Jeremy. Now, with Kare, they don’t have a choice. This company is not transparent at all. Leadership is clueless. They allow their egos to drive their decisions rather than logic. If you like micromanagement, then this is the place for you. They cater to the Israeli workforce and could care less about the EU or US. As a US or EU worker, you are a second class citizen. Your opinion and expertise means nothing. I highly recommend staying away.
