Can work from home or office Lots of internal events Community conscious Relatively fair pay Holiday Bonus (Christmas) Since this isn't some huge corporate business you get a real family owned vibe even with there being about 200 employees. You might not know everyone company wide but you will engage with most of the people in the office(s), even leadership. Jack Tevis is known for wandering around chatting people up. I don't feel like I have to be on the look out and all the pressure that comes with talking to someone higher up than me, which is great. I appreciate the work oriented but more casual atmosphere a lot.

Some people can be stuck in their ways but for the most part they are opening up to new ideas and solutions. Communication between departments and IT is sometimes very lackluster but improvements are being made.

The reviews on here are pretty accurate till up around April of 2024.

The company is restructuring & downsizing, they let go of great talent and replaced it with at best mediocre talent. I remember them bringing in a few upper management from another company, boy was that a joke. Not sure how you can be a manager to something you know nothing about. Be prepared for a huge amount of favoritism, managers & HR befriending some people on FB. They have an employee that owns his/her own staffing agency company but also works for Tevis. There is no career advancement.
