Pros
Decent pay, good benefits, good mentorship. The owners work with you as much as they can if you need anything. It's a small company, but I feel management does as much as it can to keep us comfortable.
Cons
Maybe invest into better trailers, wifi, and start off pay a little higher to keep college-educated workers happy.
